An English Language GCSE scheme of work (100 plus slides) with attached resources tailored to meet the needs of the new English Language specification (WJEC) in Wales, but also suitable for English Language qualifications across the boards. Would also be suitable for KS3 classes, as tasks in this scheme are well supported to cater for less able learners. Some of the resource material is lifted directly from the WJEC sample material, so the pitch is just right for GCSE candidates. Scheme uses a number of 'amazing places' as stimuli for writing and reading tasks focussing primarily on narration and description. Powerpoint can be used directly, or resources/lessons can be cherry picked.
