Language Paper 2 Q5 - Letter Writing

(1)
This is a 'flipped classroom' lesson for a high ability Year 11 group. The idea is they read all the material before the lesson (I uploaded it onto our student platform), and they come to the lesson prepared to have a mini debate about the issue. The students should have also prepared some features to include in their letter. After debating their points, and reading the material, the students then have 45 minutes to write their letter, with a plan frame which can be displayed on the board for them. This is designed to be a quick recap/revision style lesson, as the pupils should know the requirements of paper 2/letter writing.
