Connectives Cards

(1)
A selection of cards with various connectives on, to be used in many ways. My favourite is Connectives Consequences: Get whole class into a circle and give each pupil a card. Begin a story, passing the narration onto the next person in the circle. Each person must begin their section of the story with their connective. Could also be done in small groups, or individually by giving each pupil several cards. Good for improving language skills and adding interest to writing.
