Aimed at Y7 students following the White Rose scheme of work. This does not “teach” but allows for practice to maintain fluency with lots of in built problem solving (Don Steward, Nrich and others - please let me know if you know who) Stretched and challenged my high ability Y7s with SATS scores of over 110. Designed to encourage discussion etc in the first couple of weeks of a new term.

Lesson on representing numbers less than one in standard form using very cute, very small replicas of every day things. My students absolutely loved it. Includes writing in and coverting from standard form to normal form. Blockbusters game for AFL

Delivered to a low ability Y11 in the run up to exams. Part of my Masters on theory informed mastery revision instead of cramming (it worked!)
