First lesson in a scheme of work about Incredible India! With personal experience of visiting India I am excited to share this scheme of work with you all! The first lesson covers any previous ideas that pupils may have about India and gives an introduction to what India is like. Pupils cover the location of India and under-take a fact hunt activity to build up their knowledge on India. Pupils build up their locational knowledge and map skills in line with the National Curriculum. Pupils then complete a quiz. Easily adapted if needed but all resources are provided and tasks are easy to follow.
