A behaviour support plan to use with children in your class or setting displaying dyregulated behaviour. Guidance is included in the plan to lead your conversation with the pupil. This plan was developed in conjuction with a CAMHS clinician as part of a piece of work on Trauma Informed Practice.

A highly detailed individual SEND support plan to use for your pupils with EHCPs. I would recommend uploading this to google slides and using it as a continually evolving document adding to it with each review and annual review so that it follows the child through school and can have multiple authors. This should save you having to save termly copies of the plan after each review, instead it becomes a true working document you can share with necessary staff within your organisation. It can be quickly downloaded to then add as supplementary evidence to an annual review or to share with families and professionals.

This is a brief handbook I put together that I would have found helpful myself when starting out as a primary school SENCo. It includes the steps to complete in the run up to the annual review and a suggested agenda/how to run the meeting itself.
