This is a slightly hurriedly put together worksheet that gives students practise spotting different types of fractional equations and how to solve them. It is designed to be used prior to teaching trigonometry, in order to help supporting students whilst teaching how to use it. This is a resource I have written for mid to lower attaining GCSE students to support developing fluency with using function notation. Students will need knowledge of substitution in to formulas, and also the ability to solve 2-step equations.
