Scheme of work on the Gothixc genre including fully resourced lesson slides, designed for KS3 (Year 8/9) but could be adapted. Focusing on multiple gothic extracts including Frankenstein, Dracula and Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde and aspects of the gothic genre, such as the supernatural, macabre, dopplegangers etc. Designed with reading analytical skills in mind but also includes some creative tasks. 21 lessons in total.
