Mentoring session on Anxiety, session 1
This session is for teenagers who experience anxiety that makes everyday life feel overwhelming—whether that’s getting to school, spending time with friends, or keeping up with homework and revision.
This is the first of six sessions. You can find the remaining five on the TES website under my other resources.
In this session, we’ll look at what anxiety actually is and how it affects the body. It usually takes about 30 minutes, and it’s helpful to read through everything before you begin.
