This AQA A-level Chemistry (A2) resource is designed to support Organic Chemistry 2 by developing students’ ability to interpret and apply the data booklet, rather than memorise it. The resource includes a clear, student-friendly insert adapted from page 4 of the AQA data booklet, used strictly for reference and exam-skills practice. I take no credit for the first page for this reason, although I have generated a slightly different visually looking AI version. All questions are explicitly aligned to this section only, focusing on sugars, bases, amino acids, phosphate groups, and haem B. Students are guided through AQA-style, data-sheet-driven questions that assess functional groups, hydrogen bonding, condensation reactions, coordination chemistry, and redox behaviour — mirroring the demands of Paper 2 and Paper 3. Answers have been provided.

A fantastic worksheet I produced on the labelling the nucleus of a cell and zooming into the nucleus to find the DNA. A paragraph is also provided for the filling in the gaps about inheritance. It hits the basics of the topic of inheritance. Answers have been provided on a ppt slide. I have also added the ppt presentation I used for the lesson which includes a picture sequencing activity!

I couldn't find much in terms on revision so decided to made one that combines everything for 'electricity and circuits' in the combined science course. Students found it very useful in helping them to revise - it took them all lesson to complete. I have also made one for the topic of health and disease, plants and their structures radioactivity, acids and alkalis, chemical calculations, respiration and the heart, energy and forces plus electrolysis! This is appropriate for a whole class where there are 3/4 crime scenes with a list of equipment to be set/evidence. Details of how to sketch the crime scene and information to the science technicians is also provided. This can be used for any syllabus and key stage group! I got an Outstanding for using these resources I made for my mixed ability Year 7 lesson. You can use it for all abilities and even all years- I once used it for my top Year 11 class to recap the material covered in Year 7 for electricity- they loved it! Booklet: The activities gradually get harder on learning about circuits and carrying out a practical as you go along. I would award the pupil at the end who gets through the booklets the fastest. This lesson lasts a full hour. It took me ages to make!

**Practical experiment on preparing a standard solution of NaOH and using its known concentration to titrate with an unknown concentration of HCl. Pupils could complete the accuracy table to make sure they don't make the same mistakes as given in the scenarios. Instructions and results provided to both parts of the practical. 9-1 Biology on Natural Selection and Evolution revision lesson I made a revision lesson on the topic above which was a hit for my Year 10s! It lasted for a whole lesson. Clear instructions are on the ppt presentation. I provided lots of questions with answer on the following sub-topics: -Evidence of human evolution -Darwin's theory -Classification -Breeds and varieties (selective breeding) - Genes in agriculture and medicine (genetic engineering For differentiation you may not want to give the answers or not have them matched up. I have provided the snakes and ladders table, one with the numbers and one without! You will just need to get blue, red and green card pieces, counters and dice for the lesson! Enjoy:)
