A wellness resource in line with the New Primary Curriculum Framework. A unit of work under the theme of “Fairytales”. Consists of a warm-up, yoga games, guided visualisations, three different stories that incorporate yoga moves into the storytelling and a recommended playlist to accompany this unit of work.
