The resources were produced by the National Association of Teachers of RE for the first Inter Faith Week in 2009, and updated in 2018. Inter Faith Week is led by the Inter Faith Network for the UK and has its own website at www.interfaithweek.org

A resource designed to help increase pupils’ understanding of, and skills for, inter faith encounter, dialogue and action. It focuses on learning about real examples of inter faith engagement, including in their local areas. The resource, for Key Stage 3 pupils, consists of a teachers’ introduction and five units, which are: Introducing Inter Faith Activity in the UK; Let’s Talk – inter faith dialogue; Faith communities, service and solidarity; Faith communities in service for the wellbeing of others; and Making a difference in the world – inter faith responses to the climate crisis. The Teacher Introduction and all other units can be downloaded below. It has been developed by the Inter Faith Network for the UK.
