I have created a booklet for learners to complete Learning Outcome; 1, 2, 3 & 4 for the Unit Well-being and Physical Fitness in the Uniformed Services. This workbook will allow for learners to complete either Pass, Merit or Distinction subject to the quantity of detail they put into the work book.
