This resources comes in two parts. There is a worksheet that includes an extract from Franz Kafka’s ‘Metamophisis’ short story and this gives guidance into Kafka’s writing style. The end of this double-sided resource includes clear guidance on how to emmulate Kafka’s style and writing prompts for pupils. A powerpoint is also included with a starter task and vocabulary building exercise, the second slide includes information on the writing challenge. Depending on ability level of pupils this could be used for KS3 and KS4 pupils.
