This booklet has tables for results, normative data and information on all 10 of the components of fitness and fitness tests used for the AQA syllabus. At the back of the booklet is an additional section for Validity and reliability on each test. These are used in correlation with the class theory lessons so students have reinforced knowledge of a vital unit for Paper 1.
