Edexcel DT GCE 2021 mark sheet and mail merge letter with data for parent update

This consist of two documents an excel spreadsheet with 12 tabs an overall tab with a summary of each marking grid and a % total, then there are the ten assessment grids. What I have done is taken the descriptors and given each a mark value from the available marks. I have x10 the marks to give the opportunity for finer differentiation. These are totalled as a percentage and then the grid uses 2019 grade boundaries to give a grade for the work. There is then the opportunity to add an examination % result and get an overall grade. This then feeds in to a mail merge letter that can be sent home to make parents aware (positivel or negatively) where their child is in relation to completing the NEA. Both documents are editable. When adding the data you need to select all tabs so names and target grades are added across the sheets. More than anything it has taken a full Saturday to do this and I really hope it is useful to someone. I am going to make a little charge to go towards the teacher retirement fund!!!

AQA 8552 tracking excel mark grid and word notes

I have made these to help me track the student progress of the NEA so that I can offer group generic feedback. I have taken the descriptors, split them in to there single statements and given them a weighting and to enable differentiation and progress I have multiplied the marks by ten. The word documents provides the teacher with a point of reference to track progress and the excel spread sheet enables the teacher to see progress section by section. Obviously it is not intended to be distributed to the individual student but the word document can be used by the student as a basis for meta-cognition based self assessment so that they can track their progress. Both documents can be edited, I have used the grade boundaries for the overall grades for the course. Only enter marks in to the cells with zeros, I have not put in any checking formula (I don’t know that much about excel). If you have more students you can copy the tabs. I really hope it is useful, while fitting in with the directions from the examination board. I would like to charge a little as there is quite a bit of work there. Would be keen for some feedback.
