Questions to extend thinking based around many Year 1 science objectives. Each sheet can be printed on 2x4 stickers and has the LO on the first sticker and then the extension question written out 7 times for ease. There are 12 different objectives covered that run throughout the year (12 sheets). Teachers can print the lot off at the beginning of the year for a quick and easy extension task to stretch thinking.

Greater depth questions based around the Year 2 science curriculum. There are 11 objectives which cover each area of the Year 2 curriculum. Each objective is presented on a 2x4 grid ready to be printed onto a sticker sheet for ease of use. The first sticker of each sheet is the area of leaning and the objective and the other 7 contain the same greater depth question to stretch thinking. Easy to print off the whole lot at the beginning of the year and have handy for when you need an extension.

Year 1-6 resource to stretch thinking in science investigative skills. This resource is ready to be printed onto sticker sheets (2x4) as a quick extension task for more able scientists and for those that think a bit more deeply in science. The questions are non-subject specific, so can be used throughout the year where appropriate as a whole school policy to show continuity in science. There is one page per year group covering ‘Ask Questions, Plan, Observe, Take Measurements, Record and Classify, Present Findings and Make Conclusions’ Other subject specific extensions are available in the same format. These are year group and subject specific.
