Designed to simplify AC1.2a Merit . Distinction criteria. Evidence of clear understanding of where potential issues may lie. Strategies for how these may be overcome effectively will be in place.

This is a Google doc that my year 11 use for evaluating their rehearsals. Normally I make nearly all fields compulsory to fill in. I like this as it hits all assessment criteria, and I can easily manage it as the answers export to a spreadsheet. This is the vocal version. For drumming etc the assessment and techniques part is varied.
Strengths and Weaknesses overview
A selection of booklets for Unit 1 1.1 - Pass. My earlier documents can be used as the basis for a merit when they justify their judgements.
Unit 1 AO 1.1 and 1.2 Pass. Some of the detail in the first sheet will be used when attempting 1.2 Merit. \nThis is similar to Unit 2: Professional development AO1 audit in the BTEC. S=Strength, W=Weakness
These are all of the unit assessment overviews and specific guidance for Units 1,2,4,8,11 and 16 which I teach in different combinations to my students which I use continuously in lessons. I collate all of the feedback sheets in to one booklet per child which saves a lot of time.
Hope some one can use this. This is what I use for tracking progress with my BTEC Extended Certificate in Music. Plenty of scope to add to it. Focuses on Unit 4 and 11, Ao2 mainly.
Useful as a starter, as a core part of the lesson or when there are small group in with a instrumental teacher.
I have a googledoc of one of these. Quick and simple, when having an having an instrumental lessons or for having to 'critically understand&' a rehearsal.
Some templates for AC1.1 AC1.2 used this year. Don't forget to video meetings to add to the evidence required.
