Empower students with AI-driven 6-mark questions, designed to deepen understanding through scaffolded feedback and Socratic questioning. This custom GPT model is built around the full Combined Science GCSE specification, with carefully curated question banks and mark schemes aligned to exam board standards. It ensures rigour and relevance by asking teachers to select a topic, then offering a choice between Higher or Foundation tiers and three difficulty levels: Easy: Focuses on a single topic, building confidence. Hard: Links two related topics, developing application skills. Really Hard: Connects two disparate topics, emulating synoptic exam questions for advanced critical thinking. After generating a bespoke 6-mark question, the GPT prompts the student to submit an answer. It then provides formative feedback, identifying strengths and areas for development. Crucially, it never reveals the answer, instead employing a structured Socratic questioning algorithm to guide learners towards independent improvement. The tool supports metacognition by asking probing, targeted questions that challenge misconceptions. If needed, it offers incremental hints and tips, ensuring students remain active participants in their learning journey. After three iterative cycles of questioning, students are invited to reattempt the original question, applying their refined understanding to produce a more developed answer. This approach mirrors effective classroom pedagogy, using AI to scale high-quality, dialogic feedback without replacing teacher judgement or professional expertise. This is an amazing tool to give to students for homework - simply send them home with the link and a set of topics and get them to save their chat and send it back to you for teacher input. Please note: To access the full capabilities of this tool, a ChatGPT Plus subscription may be required.

A little comic book for them to get information from about a journey and the three levels of support for drawing the graph and tasks to go alongside them. It’s a fun exercise and it’ll get them to really think about drawing graphs and what distance time graphs mean when they are drawn out. This is not a whole lesson, and so needs to be supplement with other information to really embed the learning.

You can use it straight out of the box - it has suggested questioning questions in the notes on the presentation and ends with a nice describe exam style question to get them to shut up, sit down and give you 5 mins of peace at the end of the lesson. These sheets are designed to be A3 worksheets, please take that into account when printing. Presumed knowledge of: The atom, Drawing atoms, how to work out how many protons, electrons, and neutrons there are in an atom. Might be a lesson coming soon on that, keep your eyes peeled if you like this one :) Please give me a rating if you liked it - or if you didn’t!

A video game to help students revise the immune system and related topics. There is a scoring system, questions and loads of pathogens to disable with antibodies. We’re in open Beta at the moment - so let us know if there are any bugs whilst playing and well get them fixed for the full release. Download is a document that contains a link to itch.io where the game is hosted. You can also go onto itch.io and search ‘That crappy game about the immune system’ if you would prefer (I know, links are sketchy!). Have fun!
