This is my completed write-up of my project for my NPQSL. I have also included the sponsor's comments and my additional resources I used as evidence in my project. This provides you with a good example of the balance between how much evidence needs to be written, and the types of evidence you can upload to demonstrate you have successfully met the competencies. At assessment, the sponsor's comments play an equally important part. I have included my sponsor's comments in this document. Updated as of 24/8/16 - I have now also included the feedback form from the external assessor. All projects are sent off for a pass/fail assessment, and I passed all of the competencies at first time of asking. Feedback form attached.
