A booklet based on planning out and running a theme park, using rectilinear shapes. Used with Years 3 and 4.

Three activities based around the chapter Arithmatic from Matilda (by Roald Dahl). Designed for Year 3/4 but could be adapted for higher classes. The Tax Bill activity is a compliment to the Mileage Game. All games are based on using column method to add and subtract 3, 4 and 5 digit numbers, work out percentages of numbers and calculate profit.

These cards have been designed to inspire children to write alliterative names, slogans and adverts for items that could be used in a marvellous medicine.
