7 lesson unit where children write a persuasive speech selling their ‘new’ Victorian invention. Children use Dragon’s Den as a base for them to learn and apply persuasive langauge. Includes all resources, good quality examples and SPAG links. Fantastic, engaging writing unit.

Morning activity appropriate for year 5/6 children for the whole of Autumn 1 (8 weeks, one slide for every day) . Follows the following structure: Monday - arithmetic challenge Tuesday - Spelling challenge using Y5/6 words Wednesday - writing challenge Thursday - Fluency, problem solving and reasoning challenge Friday - SPAG challenge Huge time saver and purposeful activities!
