This is a resource for pupils to follow at home to engage in some additional activity. It follows a week by week guide to series of workouts. They are set around the Justice League members such as The Flash and Wonder Woman. There are three 'missions' to select- Save the Earth, Save the Galaxy and Save the Universe. Each one raises the difficulty level to challenge those who are stronger.
A booklet made up of a series of lessons covering football. Based on own lessons but can easily be adapted. Pupils must engage with the lesson and develop own learning through the booklet. Can be done as a piece of paper or laminated for multi use throughout a term.
This is 4 worksheets for those not participating in the lesson. One for rugby and football which could easily be adapted for the like of basketball, netball, hockey etc. A swimming worksheet and a circuit worksheet focusing on the skill related components that again could be adapted to incorporate all components of fitness.
This is an update of another resource and I have improved it. It is a basic layout with all transitions and timings for a 10 question self running test with answer section. Great as a starter to settle or plenary to recap. The quiz gives the question and possible answers and then provides 15 seconds to answer A,B,C or D. The answer section is self running also. I have added in the answer section for the correct answer to change colour. At the moment for every question it is pre-programmed for answer 'A'. However by moving the boxes around by drag and drop you can change the answer. It should be easy to run and easy to fill in! You can add more questions by copy and pasting the previous slide and changing the question number.
A powerpoint which shows the HRF and SRF components with a sporting example of each. Can be used on a display in a classroom, as a laminated sheet for pupils to pass around or a powerpoint handout for key terms.
