This resource is a word document which meets the requirements of Pearson Entry Level 1 Speaking and Listening Tasks. There are complex instructions, which give ideas for how to use this document. The document itself has a basic map, with various shops on it. These can be used by the student to identify basic information. There is also a plain template, on which you could add your own shops, or ask students to record directions or particular shops. These documents were designed to meet a specific assignment brief, however they can easily be adapted to meet your needs.

This is a word document, which was designed to be a detailed scheme of work. It has several sections including space to include a differentiated objective, lesson activities and assessment, differentiation sections. It is totally editable and sections can be changed/ reviewed to meet your school’s criteria.

A powerpoint resource for year 3. The powerpoint includes objectives and success criteria. Each slide inlcudes activities, and modelling to share with the children. The final two slides include activity sheets to complete in lesson with the children.

A scheme of learning with all you need to teach a topic of Place Value. It is based on a mastery approach, with some links to White Rose and some activities I have developed over the course of my teaching career. Each lesson contains a set of power point slides (in pdf format) for you to work through with your class, including some modelling and guided practice. It includes a starter task, details of the main tasks set, and plenary/ review style tasks. Each lesson has some metacognitive tasks- including recall tasks, fast five, one minute challenge activities to name a few. Some of these tasks will recall previous learning and some will extend previous knowlegde. This download will include a pdf power point, worksheet and a copy of the plan (it includes all the lessons as one document). However the full set can be bought, giving you a 20% saving.

This resource is the first lesson in a series of lessons on Shakespeare, primarily this topic leads into a 3 week unit on Macbeth. It is a taster of our resources and is offered for free. I have included the planning for the first week so you can see where the topic is going. We aim to release the rest of the resource in the next few weeks. I would love some feedback on this one though, and will happily take suggestions for the remaining unit.
