This is a pen license that is based on a driving license! Children can earn their ‘provisional’ license initially before passing their test and being awarded a full license. However, if children do not 'drive their pen correctly, prhaps they will earn points? They may even have their license revoked! This resources provides you with the basis of the license that you can use with KS2 children to help ensure that handwriting is legible and joined by the end of year 6.
