Students are to watch the first 30 minutes of the Masterchef video embedded in the slides and then create a design of a dish with annotation . A Model /examples have been provided for students. Tasks: Listen carefully to the reasons why the chefs have chosen the different dishes. Who inspires you? Who is your role model? Who has made a positive impact on your life? Look at the range of menus to give you some ideas of the types of dishes that you might want to produce. Thinking of the person that inspires you, create a dish of your own. You must draw and label the dish. You should explain the ingredients you have chosen with reasons why. Explain the inspiration behind you dish.
