Continuous Training - Pacing
I made this resource card to support a lesson on continuous training with a focus on pacing. This resource consists of a definition for continuous training and cardiovascular endurance as well as a data for a pacing challenge. On the reverse, there is some information about Eliud Kipchoge and his sub 2-hour marathon - the students were then able to experience the pace they would need to sustain to if they were to run a sub 2 hour marathon (a real eye opener!).
PRINTING - be sure to print on both sides, flip pages on the short edge so the front and back line up.
