Quick, easy way for pupils to carry out peer assessment in small groups and informs the class teacher that they are completing the assessment correctly.

Weight Training work sheet. Used for any age group, best used when introducing weight training and the fitness of components it targets. Differentiated questions and a large table for pupils to write in what exercises they have completed and the set/reps they have done also. Publisher file- can be edited to be best suit your lesson.
