This task also can be adapted to a role-play style activity. Several students are given information (well in advance) on each of the scientists and learn the information on how their scientist contributed to the Periodic Table as it is today. These students take on the character of each scientist and are interviewed by the rest of the class enabling them to build up a picture of the development of the PT.
This will take at least a 1 hour lesson
