KS4 Assessment Tracker
A simple to use Excel spreadsheet. It allows up to 7 assessments/tests to be added. Suitable for any subject and any test score-all works on percentages. Percentages & grades are worked out automatically for each test and an overall average is worked out as and when they are added. There are 4 analysis sheets -all updated automatically. Instruction sheets for entering data and for printing added.
There is very little to add other than:
• student details – set-up for a maximum of 100 (I have added DUMMY DATA to the sheet)
• Student target grades – (there are also 2 columns for your school targets and Midyis/CAT scores). These are optional and play no part in the workings of the sheet).
• grade boundaries for your subject (use most current from exam board)
• add your own assessment titles
• add max scores for each assessment- shown on graphs
• scores for each assessment – grade issued next to it and colour coded to show if on track/below/exceeding; at the end an average assessment score + current grade is also given based on all assessments added
Analysis sheets included are:
Individual Analysis-it will look cluttered and muddled initially, but when you select a specific student(or category/teaching group) it will be clearer to read. I have shared this with students 1:1 and even shared with parents.
Group Analysis -good to look at all groups and see areas of weakness/strength
Attainment v Potential – summarizes key info on student progress by category and teaching group
SEN-PP-EAL-Gender-Tch Gp Analysis – breaks down progress in these categories.
