A fun Colour Monster–inspired Zones of Regulation check-in board that guides children to recognise, label, and communicate their feelings through colour-coded emotions. Just add Velcro and children’s names for them to show you how they are feeling in a non-verbal way. Don’t forget to add your name too to model checking-in with how you are feeling.
