A unit of work for Persuasive Writing in Key Stage 3 (KS3) English. The resources are a booklet and accompanying PowerPoint presentation that teach the students to use a range of persuasive language techniques - through the acronym PERSUADER FORT - before giving the students an opportunity to analysis persuasive texts before going on to structure and write their own. Extensive and comprehensive booklet to cover the topic News In the Online Age as part of the WJEC AS Media Studies course. This booklet provides students with necessary insight into the News Industry. It also explores The Daily Mirror physical and online newspaper, HuffPost, and Today (BBC Radio 4) in depth, providing students will a full understanding of each whilst also helping them apply theory to improve their written responses. The booklet also explores the case of Shamima Begum across the above platforms.

Two booklets to cover the topic Film Industries: From Wales to Hollywood as part of the WJEC AS Media Studies course.
