This is a booklet of a range of different strategies students can use (age 10-16) to cope with anxiety they maybe experiencing. They can do this in their own time of with help from a trusted staff member or peer. Experiment to find the best strategy to work with.
This workbook can be used in a 1:1 or group setting to help children and young people recognise skills needed for meaningful relationships and friendships and can help them to realise what is expected and not expected of friends. It can open up some interesting conversations and can be used to recognise key qualities and skills and help recognise emotions and triggers surrounding friendships.
