Students explore personality dynamics in group work by teaming up according to their zodiac elements (Fire, Earth, Air, Water). Intro (5–10 mins): Briefly explain the four zodiac elements and the traits often linked to each. Hand out a quick reference sheet (e.g., Aries, Leo, Sagittarius = Fire). Group Sorting (5 mins): Students form groups based on their zodiac element (or allow those who don’t know/aren’t into astrology to pick whichever element they feel fits them best).
