This scheme of work is over 4-6 lessons for KS2 and provides worksheets and lessons plans to explore Mars from The Planets. The style of teaching is to draw out the musical knowledge from pupils and over a few lessons explore time signatures, ostinatos, musical element words etc. This is a fun unit of work and my pupils have always loved it.
