A fully resourced unit on Lord of the Flies where Y9 pupils can have a real go at practicing and honing KS4 skills before they reach Y10. The lessons are designed to immerse pupils into the world of the Bigguns and Littluns, whilst enabling them to delve into external concepts such as psychology, warfare, mythology and biblical allusion.

An extensive, fully- resourced pre-GCSE unit on Hamlet, designed to enable pupils to recognise, learn and practise analysing GCSE skills, including methods, context and writer’s intention. The unit comprises GCSE Literature tasks, but also affords opportunities to practise skills needed when studying GCSE language. There are also extensive opportunities to become familiar with the expectations of GCSE mark schemes.
