This Is Me A reflective resource designed to help young people share who they are, what matters to them, and how they see themselves. Ideal for use in first mentoring sessions, small group work, or as a “getting to know you” activity. This resource supports meaningful conversations, particularly with students who may find opening up or initiating dialogue difficult.
