A space themed practical times tables game. Can be printed and laminated or used as a worksheet. 2 Player Game Each player needs 2 dice and a board with the same times tables. Both start rolling their dice at the same time. Choose whether to roll one dice or two on each turn. If you roll 1 dice you multiply the number of dots by the times tables you are learning. If you roll 2 dice you total the dice and then multiply by the times tables you are learning. Draw a line from the space ship to the planet with the correct answer. To win, be the first person to connect the spaceship to all 8 planets!

A practical resource used for revising prefixes. Match the prefix to the root word and insert it into the correct sentence. The word cards are colour coded and can be cut out and laminated so the children can sort them into the correct space.

A practical resource to support times tables. Great for focusing on one particular times table or to revise all times tables. Blobs contain sums for all of 2-12 times tables. Children can either write the answer to each times tables blob. We use them cut and laminated on the table and children use white board pens to write the answer. Alternatively we use base ten resources to make the answer.

SPACE THEMED MULTIPLES 2-10 A practical resources where children can sort and match the multiples of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. Each multiple is on a bright coloured space themed object, e.g. alien, astronaut, planets I originally designed this resource for my P6 children to create a chain of multiples using large plastic clips to connect each multiple in order. Created to promote knowledge of times tables and help with fine motor skills. The resource can be used in a number of ways to help reinforce times tables and multiples by having all of the images mixed. Or each set of multiples can be used individually to help children focus on ordering multiples from one specific set of times tables.

2D shape Geo Board cards that can be used to support a practical numeracy lesson in Key Stage 2. Cards include basic 2D shapes as well as quadrilaterals and types of triangles. I created these cards to use with my P6 class as I often find it difficult to find practical resources that link to KS2.

A resource to support the revision of homophones. We used this in class printed out and laminated. Then I had the correct answers on wooden jenga blocks and the children set the correct answer in the space. Could also be used with a white board pen to fill the answer in.
