This is an easy to teach resource for either year 3 or year 4. It includes listening tasks and how to understand duration, 3/4 time signature and also bars whilst learning a nice Christmassy tune! The lesson can be split over 5-6 weeks as long as you need for the run up to Christmas. You can use whichever resources you have, keyboards, chimes Glockenspiels or even Steel pans! Children can work in pairs or in threes, rotating turns.
