It is an excellent visual aid for developing long-term retention and supporting classroom discussions. Attendance Tracker 4 weeks

This 4-week attendance tracker is a simple tool designed to record and monitor student attendance over a half-term period. It lists student names in rows with dates across the top, allowing attendance to be marked daily using standard codes such as present, absent, late, or authorised absence. The layout makes it easy to view attendance patterns at a glance and quickly identify any concerns, such as repeated absences or lateness. This supports teachers and pastoral staff in early intervention and effective communication with parents or carers. It also contributes to accurate record-keeping and wider school attendance monitoring processes. I use it in form time personally, each student that drops below 97% (national average) goes on and if they dip during this time further it triggers a meeting with parents. Extremely effective tool for pushing school attendance. Free download for a limited time!!!
