The first ten minutes decide the rest of the day. If arrival is unclear you spend them repeating yourself - hang your coat, chair down, folder out - and the children who most need the routine are still standing in the doorway. This deck puts entry on the screen so it teaches itself. Walking in, coats and lunches, the morning task, what to do if you are late, what to do if you were away, and the jobs that keep it running are each on their own slide, with four short numbered actions readable from the back of the room. It is built the way a routine is actually taught rather than just displayed. A setup section makes you fix the specifics for your own room first - where the crate lives, how many minutes they get, what happens to a late slip. The routine slides then teach it. Do / Do Not slides make “settle quickly” concrete enough to argue with. A three-panel slide splits the ten minutes into before, during and after. Scenario slides rehearse the awkward moments, and practice slides run the whole entry as a live rehearsal. The last two sections are the ones most routine products leave out. One hands the routine over - jobs, a cover-teacher briefing, and a four-week plan for saying less each week until nobody needs prompting. The other checks whether it stuck: a class review, a student self-check, an observation record, and a diagnostic for when entry falls apart after you have been away. Everything is a real text box or shape. Every word, colour, time and place name is editable, nothing is flattened into an image, and the two blank templates match the theme so you can add a routine this deck does not cover. The file works in Microsoft PowerPoint and in Google Slides with no add-ons, no scripts and no fonts to install.
