An Introduction to Market Research
Fun, engaging lesson geared towards the early stages of learning about market research (EDEXCEL GCSE 9-1).
Students will explore the consequences of failure to conduct market research, as well as look at the benefits of doing so, as well as refresh their memories of key terms such as niche and target market while introducing the concept of market segmentation.
The Family Fortunes game allows an opportunity for active learning, where two students may volunteer themselves to have a go at the game, possibly supported by members of their group, or not.
