Tests the components of fitness and definitions. Second part is the ‘12 days of fitness’ using all relevant specification specific terminology. Should cover 2 lessons to go through questions and answers.

Exploring dance through 5 continents (South America, Africa, Asia, Australia and Europe). The unit includes the haka (New Zealand), capoeira (Brazil), african dance - dinhe (Zimbabwe), bhangra (Pakistan) and ballet (France/Italy). Includes links to YouTube videos so the teacher doesn’t need expertise. Appropriate for boys, girls and non binary students. The lessons give students the opportunity to choreograph their own rotuine over a 6 week double lesson unit. Assessment criteria included at the end. Opportunity for peer assessment.

A netball scheme of work that gives a non expert a clear step by step idea of what skills and rules that need to be taught. The quality aspect of each skill and the drills to complete is explicit. There are 9 double lessons and links to the GCSE PE specification (OCR) for core and advanced skills and a 5 part warm up.
