This package has been made for a large school (3 form entry year 1-year 6) however it can be adapted for smaller schools. This allows children to visit one country in every continents in 2 days - with the head teacher launching the journey with Antarctica. This was made to improve children’s place knowledge in the world in my school. This has been split into phases KS1, Lower KS2 and Upper KS2. The countries can be adapted that the teachers preference. I have also included a passport that every children can take around with them. One each page they can fill in the specific information and colour in the flag. There is also a map to be place in the center for children to locate the specific country. The children absolutely loved this experience. We repeat this every 2 years as the children will have moved up a phase so will not duplicate countries. I have included all of the printable sheets, plans and staff meeting PowerPoint Lesson plans are also available for an additional cost.
