A 2-3 week unit of work on Hamlet, comparing the story of Hamlet to The Lion King. Plans, resources, links, powerpoints supplied where needed. This unit of work was used for our whole school Shakespeare focus and really engaged the children at their level. They were able to understand the themes in Hamlet by comparing it to The Lion King. Some of my best work received from my Year 2 class.
