Print off the cards and get them laminated. Each lesson, give students a card or asks for volunteers. Each card has a job role that the students should fulfil for that lesson. These range from Greeter – who greets any adult who enters the classroom and informs them of the lesson learning. Literacy Expert - who supports students with the language related questions, five more roles, (Numeracy Expert, Motivator, Lead Learner, Questioner and Monitor.)
