Game-togenesis bucks the current educational trend of using electronic learning aids that discourage interaction between individuals.
This is a revision resource in the form of a game. The board is a spiders web with a spider in the centre and a fly outside. The idea of the game is to escape the web and not get eaten by the spider. Game play is easy. Students roll a dice and then answer a science question. If they get it right they move clockwise the number of spots on the dice; if wrong they go anticlockwise - towards the spider! The board is available for free on my resources. The purchase here is for the questions: Chemistry Unit 1, Biology unit 2 and Physics unit 3 of the WJEC Double Science course are provided each about 120 questions - extra triple science questions included. Higher level questions are indicated on the cards. The game lasts about 40 minutes on average.

This is a group of revision sheets for the Year 11 Physics topics in the WJEC curriculum. These cover either Unit 2 (Triple Physics) or Unit 6 (Double Science - Physics). There is at least one sheet for each topic area (Double: 6.1-6.6 or Triple: 2.1-2.9). I print these out on A3 paper and give them to the students with either BBC Bitesize or revision guides to help answer the questions.
