Religious Studies Edexcel B Exam structure support

(0)
1 page outlining the expectations of structure for Edexcel Religious Studies B exam questions. Includes what is expected and some sentence starters. I glue this into students books at the start of the course and allow them to use it every time we answer exam questions. As the course progresses the sheets are used less and less and students are able to repeat the expectation of each question. I also use this to enable other students to peer assess. Please let me know if you have any feedback.

Table format including location of passage in the Bible - The actual text and then a column allowing students to identify which topics/ areas of study we could link the passage to. Document is 25 pages long and supports the whole of Paper 1. I have used this alongside teaching and encourage students throughout to look for and identify quotes using this booklet. GCSE Religious Studies marking grids

I use these marking grids to mark all GCSE exam questions. Links to AO. There is one for each question (3 mark, 4 mark, 5 mark, 12 mark and 15 mark) They use a 2 star and wish format. I shrink them down to about A6 (4 on a page) The try now activity I take from their wishes and they complete underneath in red pen to show immediate progress. I also use them for peer assessment. Great for marking every exam question and for those who are unsure of the assessment requirements. Hop you find them useful.
