This is for anyone in the process of, or about to embark on, the NPQSL journey. I have received my feedback document and passed all nine competencies, and I'm happy to share this too. My focus was Pupil Premium (disadvantaged children), within a primary school setting; however, I hope that it will help any of you guys in getting your head around the write-up part, as well as getting an idea of the kind of activities that can be carried out during your project, as well as the kind of things to use as evidence.
