LEVEL 3 BTEC SPORT UNIT 22 INVESTIGATING BUSINESS IN THE SPORT AND ACTIVE LEISURE INDUSTRY - Lesson plans and progressive worksheets for developing learning and understanding of each assessment criteria in preparation for a mock exam. Lesson plans and progressive worksheets then lead onto writing sentence structures to help support answers for a mock exam, leading into the real exam. The writing sentence structures can be edited and restructured to suit the specific theme in the exam and they are also colour coded to support each grade level including; pass, merit and distinction type answers.

LEVEL 3 BTEC SPORT LOCK DOWN UNIT 7 PRACTICAL SPORT - Lock down friendly resources. Two easy to use booklets to complete the unit with Pass, Merit and Distinction writing structures. There is a student resource/handout with information placed in one easy to use booklet to (read through first). Lesson plans are included and instructions added to the booklets. Using Football/Rugby as the team sport under the FA and RFU rules and regulations and Running as the individual sport focus under the UK Athletics banner. At this time we are very limited on facilities and we encourage our students to take on board a healthy active life style.

Level 3 BTEC SPORT (2016) UNIT SPECIFICATION OVERVIEW - Each unit specification is divided into weeks of learning to cover each half term/term that can be edited or adapted. Key words and various command words are included. Assessment requirements are colour coded to indicate different levels of learning/grades. Units can be applied to the DIPLOMA AND EXTENDED CERTIFICATE.

Level 3 BTEC SPORT UNIT 7 Practical Sport (Covid friendly) This document can be delivered in lesson for face to face to learning or/and from home for distance learning. The unit is based upon “Football or Rugby as a team sport and Running” as an individual sport. There is a student workbook with matching powerpoint to aid delivery and also teachers worksheets for the three areas; “Rugby, Football and Running”. I have also issued a writing structure to support pass, merit and distinction students - capturing the command word and enhancing language and structure. Students will apply their knowledge, understanding and practical experience of football and rugby and will participate in running from STRAVA to learn on the go and keep fit!
